Make your plate look like MyPlate!
The MyPlate icon shows you how to create a healthy plate at every meal. Some tips include filling half your plate with fruits and veggies, choosing small portions of lean protein, switching to low-fat or fat-free dairy products and making sure at least half the grains you eat are whole grains.
